This was the perfect place to stay. The location is convenient. The property is well-maintained. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated & welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The unit was nicely decorated, clean and what you would expect for a coastal property. The beautiful view and perfect weather really made for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

First time trip to Destin. The stay was amazing. Views are beautiful and the pool and other amenities were nice as well. Will definitely be returning!

Great place for family vacation

The place was perfect size for a family of 4! Loved being able to just walk out to the beach chairs and come back to the room for lunch! We forgot to pack beach towels and Alvin’s was right across the street we stopped there many times for towels, beach toys and sun block. We definitely will come back.

Wonderful Property. Perfect for Families with Small Children.

Unit is on the 1st floor with easy access to stair/elevator. The room overlooks the pool and beach so it's easy to keep an eye on the family. My kids loved the bunk beds. Mom and dad enjoyed the main suite. Would definitely stay here again (and probably will).

Unit 109

The property was clean and well secured. All the pools, hot tub, fitness center and beach front were clean. My condo was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. My condo was so nice it's got me interested in buying one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Destin and it was great! The condo was clean and perfect for a family of 6. The only negative thing was the living room furniture. It was not comfortable. The beach was not too crowded either! We will definitely keep Sterling Sands on our list of rentals!

Minnesota Snowbirds

As snowbirds from Minnesota, we have enjoyed staying in this unit the past 3 years. The location is ideal, middle of first floor with a perfect view over the pool. Everything is clean, neat, and comfortable and the manager is very easy to work with. This would be a great unit for families. We will come back again.

Sterling Sands is a nice complex. The unit we stayed in needs new bedding and a more thorough cleaning crew. Bedspreads have blood/brown stains on them and pillows were very dingy and worn.

A little disappointed

Nice pool, great beach & beach service. Condo wasn’t worth the high price we paid: sheets were wet and on the twin bed, only one towel and wash rag per guest and they were still in the dryer wet, Keurig didn’t work, Managers were not friendly, unit needs lots of remodeling.

Everything was absolutely perfect . We have been comming to sterling for 22 years as my uncle owns 2 condos here but they were booked . We did have to go out and buy a foam topper for the master bedroom because the mattress was so hard . Other than that we absolutely enjoyed it

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, safe and family friendly. We did have a problem with water bugs in our room, but alerted managers and they said they would take care of it. It could just be that season in Florida. We are out of state visitors. That was the only negative I can think of. It’s right in the heart of Destin so everything is right at your fingertips. Would stay again.
