  • Sugar Sand and Sea is a new listing on VRBO. This home is a beautifully appointed and fully outfitted 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home that sleeps 16. Situated in the beautiful, exclusive neighborhood of Destiny East, this home offers a private, heated pool and a beach access just steps from the house! Guests will also be allowed access to all the amenities that Destiny East offers including tennis courts, a fitness center, a playground structure, a large community pool, and a private movie theater.

    This home has two first floor bedrooms with a king bed in each, for those guests who don't want to climb stairs. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms with a king bed in each and one bedroom with two bunk beds in it (a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top). Kids (and adults!) will enjoy the Pacman gaming console in the bunk room!

    In addition, all bedrooms in the home have their own private bathroom (a real plus!).

    This home has a spacious open-concept living area, with an outdoor space that also allows for guests to enjoy hanging out by the pool or just soaking in the Florida sunshine.

    You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meal prep. You'll also find plenty of towels (both bath and pool/beach), blankets, and pillows. Just pack your suitcase and you'll be set! This home has it all!

Linda was awesome host. She communicated regularly and was quick to respond back. Property was clean, great location, and lots of beach supplies available to use incase you didn’t get a chance to bring it. Private beach access was a plus as well. Highly Recommend!!

This was our fifth property to stay at in the Destin area and the best one overall—from the responsiveness of the host to the sheer amount of equipment (kitchen, beach supplies, towels, games) available. Anything and everything you could ever want or need was at your fingertips. The backyard was a nice size and the pool was the biggest yet of any place we’ve stayed. The living area was a nice size to accommodate all of us ages 68 to 1. It was so nice having each bedroom have its own bathroom and to have five of the six bedrooms have king size beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again when returning to the Destin area.

Great Family Home!

Had a great stay, with a well equipped home, heated pool, and close to the beach, with private access. Linda was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house & enjoyable stay!

The house was just as described, excellent! My family and friends (6 adults and 1 toddler) had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! Linda was great! I’m looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

Family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at the house. The heated pool was perfect with cooler weather. The beach access was very convenient. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Each bedroom having a private bathroom was an added bonus. Linda made our stay great!

An amazing property in Destin

The Sand Dollar house is fantastic and in a great location. Excellent pool and outdoor covered seating area. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything you need is included, even wagons for the short walk to the beach. Linda was a great host and we are making plans to return next year.

Destin is amazing!

This was our first time in Destin. Linda went above and beyond to make it easy. She was great with communication and the pool/ beach access was a dream. Highly recommend Linda and her properties!

Our family had an incredible stay at Sugar, Sand & Sea! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kids spent endless hours in the pool, which was perfectly heated. Linda was a pleasure to work with. We especially appreciated the convenience of having everything needed for a beach day.We would love to book again in the future and highly recommend this property!

Perfect All Around!

My family had an amazing stay at Sugar Sand and Sea! The location was great and close to everything. The house was a beautiful, spacious, and clean place to relax and recharge. Linda was available and very communicative throughout the entire booking and stay. The extras included in the home were a great bonus and made our beach day so easy and fun. We would definitely book again!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family! We’ve rented a lot of houses, but this one was tops. It had everything you could possibly need. We didn’t know how important having access to a private beach was until this trip. Linda was wonderful to work with. She always got back to us promptly and made us feel at ease. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

The house was perfect for our extended family. We had 6 children 8 years and younger. They loved the pool and the beach was a short walk from the house. The house had everything we needed, crib, pack and play, even a baby bathtub. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and the outdoor grill and refrigerator were very nice.

We absolutely loved this home. It was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and just felt like home away from home. The pool and jacuzzi were fabulous. We were in the pool first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, but the warmth of the pool made it so enjoyable. I can't say enough about Linda. This is the best hostess ever! Communication is top notch. She made this trip magical. Thank you Linda.

Amazing stay!

Gorgeous home with absolutely everything you could possibly need! Plenty of room for our group of 13. We will absolutely book again! Communication with the owner, Linda, was fantastic. Great neighborhood with plenty of shopping for groceries, dining out, activities, etc. can’t wait to return!

Beautiful home and surroundings

Eleven family members thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and pool! Linda is an outstanding host and was very accessible and helpful. Answered any and all questions immediately. Highly recommend this rental and we would definitely stay here again! Beaches within easy access and pictures don’t even show their true beauty!

Great Vacation House

We were very pleased with the house as it was very clean and comfortable. It met all of our family's needs as we all had our own bedroom and bath. There was a crib and pack and play available for our two young grandchildren and the bunk beds were perfect for the older kids. The property manager responded very quickly anytime that we texted and was always helpful. Having the private beach access was a definite plus. If we return to the Destin area we would definitely rent this place again!

Fabulous family get together home!

We can't say enough about this property, location and communication with the owner. Everything was as promised with plenty of room for our big group. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which is a very short walk down the block. They also provided a ton of towels for the pool and beach. They even provided a crib, baby seat, play n pack and more. Our family had a wonderful time and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend and we'll be back fsure!

Family vacation

This property met all expectations. Very well maintained and very clean. If you like cooking at home, this kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything you might want. Very easy walk to the beach, and offers anything you might want to take with you. My communication with Linda was outstanding - she replied to all my texts immediately. Highly recommend this home. Beautiful!

Wonderful property

We had a great time during our stay. The house was perfect for our group of three families with teenage kids. Very well-appointed and new. Great location, just a few houses from the beach, and the pool/spa is great. Communication from the owner could not have been better and she was extremely accommodating to us during our stay. Strict HOA rules, but that was made very clear by the owner, and we did not have any problems. Highly recommended!!!

Just Perfect!

My family and I had the best time at Sugar Sand and Sea! We loved the house, neighborhood, and its proximity to the beach. The pool was perfect and private which was necessary. The back door even has a button to push when using the door which was peace of mind with four littles. Probably the cleanest beach house I’ve ever stayed in and it had everything we needed and more. Linda was amazing and so easy to communicate with. She made things happen and was just a text away. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

Birthday celebration

Our 4 adult children, 5 grands (ages 9 to 1) and us 2 grandparents celebrated my birthday there. The lay out of the home was perfect with the Grandchildren having their own room. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom a big plus. It's a very short walk too the private beach, we did rent golf carts thou...the beach water was Amazing.The backyard of the house was fun, private pool, outdoor kitchen . The entire stay at this location was PERFECT. But another perk was the owner/manager was accessable any time.. As we did have questions... Love this place and can promise we will be back. Nothing but fun.
