I have stayed at SunDestin twice now and it is one of my favorite places! This particular condo is very nice, amazing views of the ocean, direct access to a very beautiful beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable, has a standard coffee maker, and provides dishes and a starter cleaning, set with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, bathroom soap . Check-in was very simple. There was plenty of parking. I hardly could tell construction was happening when we were there. Just as a heads up, you are not allowed to bring your own umbrella to the beach. However, they do let you bring your own canopy/chairs to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved Our Stay!

This condo was perfect for our beach trip! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful—we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it.The location was great—close to everything and right on the beach. The decor was cute and coastal, and the space felt very welcoming.We had such a great time and would definitely come back!

The property is under full renovation, which should have been disclosed before the booking. When you arrive, the property looks abandoned with plywood boards from bottom floor to top. The outdoor amenities are closed for construction. The construction workers are working all day long, which is loud. The room itself was ok. The dishwasher was loose, there was a small hole in bedroom wall, and the tv systems were problematic.The washers and dryers were in a dingy room and were 2.25. There were 2 dirty grills outside by the dumspter area in the parking lot.The onsite staff was pleasant, but we did feel bad for them due to the constant complaints we saw them receive.The beach was within walking distance and was very nice.I called to speak with management but I mever received a call back.top.covering o

The condo was great, clean and great view. Only down side that is not related to the condo/unit itself is that I did not know there was going to be so much going on renovation wise...pool was open but not useable with work going and you could hear the work going on when sitting on the beach. But again...the condo itself was great!

Very Tiny Condo

The description says this condo sleeps 4, but the condo was almost too small for just my husband and me. It does have a nice view of the ocean and nice chairs on the patio, and the condo building is nice, including a concierge, restaurant, and gift shop. The pools advertised are very small, but the walk to the beach is very short with the beach equipment rental hut right on the boardwalk. The bathroom in the condo needs to be completely renovated. The shower wand would not stay in its holder, making it very difficult to shower. Def not a relaxing experience after a long day. The sofa is very squeaky which is also not a relaxing experience. We would def stay at this resort again, but not in this particular unit.

Property well maintained

We enjoyed our stay during the week. On our last day, Sat, we couldn’t set on our patio from cigar and cigarette smoke smell. I realize it is hard to police, guests should follow the rules. Would recommend property. Waffle House across the street… bonus

Amazing getaway

It was a great room we were in with everything you need besides coffee filters and salt/pepper. The view is amazing, and it’s great that the comfy couch is a pullout. The pools and hot tub are amazing with good temperature. Everything is close by, so we didn’t need gas the whole time here. I wish the tiki bar was open outside, and the reserved beach chairs and umbrella take up the whole property from 7am to 5pm. You have to be behind it if you have any tent. No umbrellas allowed except for theirs. I wish they didn’t take up the whole front shoreline for their stuff because it’s expensive and cramped beside each other, which makes it awkward to walk between to get to the ocean. I would recommend this place but probably save money for the reversed chairs and umbrella.

Great with a few minor details.

I've submitted my full review with "Scenic Stays" but the view was excellent and the concierge and staff were very helpful. Great location near to a lot in both directions. The construction and minor room details may be discouraging to some. But it was nice to go down to the lobby and walk out the back door right onto the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire place was spotless from top to bottom and offered a sense of homeliness from the time we walked in. The only drawback I had was while making this reservation the pictures made me believe that this was a full view of the ocean when it is in fact a partial view. Nonetheless, the view was still breathtaking and serene. Highly Recommend.

First Time to Destin

Everything was great as advertised. The only negative was the limited parking and drive up access to the entrance due to construction. It sounds like next years construction will be worse. Several long term guests indicated they will not come next year.

Toaster doesn’t work. No coffee filters. Ones we got didn’t work. Put coffee grounds in the coffee. Should at least have salt and pepper. Bar and pool area need some love. Other than that the place was amazing. Would go back without a doubt and recommend to anyone.

Long weekend Anniversary trip!

My wife and I came down Thursday early and was able to check in at 2pm(thank you!). We state through Sunday and had a wonderful time. The condo was updated, very clean, bed was great, and the view was wonderful from the 16th floor. I was initially a little disappointed when the view wasn’t facing directly at the beach, but was a side view with half being of the beach and the other half of Destin. However I really grew to like the view of both. The only negative we experienced is the beach chair situation. If you don’t book the chairs plenty of time in advance, you will be in the 3rd row of chairs and the whole beach is taken up by the chair rentals. So the only place to sit is behind the third row of rental beach chairs and I just didn’t like the situation. Other than that, everywas perfect and loved our stay!
