This place was perfect for our family of 5. The check in was easy, and the property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Having access to both the pool at Terrace, and the pool and beach at Pelican Beach Resort was perfect, and gave us several options for swimming and soaking in the sun. The property felt safe and secure, and the condo was in a great location.

We will be staying again!

Everything about this property is what you want for a Destin stay! Close to everything, clean, multiple pools. My 5 and 3 year olds loved it. Beautiful beach. Will for sure be visiting again. P.S. the tiki bar drinks are so good next to the pool/beach!!!

Spring Break

This was our first time in Destin, loved the beach. I knew we would have a short hike from the Terrace building to the beach, my youngest child is 9 so it wasn’t overly inconvenient. The hot tub was broken almost the entire time we stayed for our building which was a bummer. Condo was well decorated and clean. Showers lacked water pressure and need faucets replaced. Some of the kitchen utensils could also use replacing. Minor cosmetic issues (bedroom dresser handle missing). Master bed is very stiff (not a bad thing but something to note in the event people like that). Dryer seems to need a good cleaning of lint trap, can’t get to it completely and takes several cycles to actually dry. Great view even though you aren’t on the ocean directly and the condo was clean!

Beautiful condo and fun family time.

We loved the condo. The hosts thought of everything. Very clean and accommodating. We will use Beachstaysvacation again in the future. Destin was fun and we enjoyed all the family adventures we had together. The beach is beautiful.

Price not worth stay

I had looked at a few different places and this particular rental was more expensive so I figured it would be better. However, floors were dirty upon arrival, and toilet would not flush. Property manager was quick to respond and send someone to fix the issues. Floors were still not great after cleaning but better. Toilet would flush but it would be a pain to get it to flush. Towels were horrible and smelled, we ended up buying our own. Location and decorations were nice. We were expecting more with the price.

Overall a great condo!!

My husband and I along with our son and his girlfriend stayed in this condo for our 1st vacation in Destin. We loved our stay!! The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own beach wagon if you have one, the one in the condo is not in great shape and has small wheels. also keep in mind the requirements of a private beach . Lots of rules we was not used to!! Didn’t like that part. Also the condo has 3 grills but one was broken and not usable and another was 1/2 broken. So the night we cooked out we had to wait on a grill for awhile. Overall our stay was amazing and the condo was very clean when we arrived.

Overall thought property was good. Floors had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time as our feet all stayed black unless you kept shoes on. The black from feet would come off soon as in shower and would be all over tub and subsequently white towels. Wish it would have had more condiments for cooking. View was great and the pool at this property was favorite on the grounds of condos.

Excellent property and the management group was great to work with. Contact with them was very easy and professional. Condo was perfect. Clean, great location, beautiful beach, and great pools. We all had such a good time. Destin is a must see!

Well furnished. Very clean. A Very short walk to the beach. Owner has put a nice buggy for use but we did not need it! I’m already looking to book another stay in July! I really liked this unit!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean when we arrived. The condo was modern and updated. The only issue we had was the master ceiling fan would not work. It’s has a great a view! The only con to our trip was the beach accommodations. The beach for this property is very small and crowded You have to re their chairs, which you must do in advance! The property manger did warn us of this, I wish we had listened. You are not allowed to use your own beach tents as they are not allowed. Overall, great condo in the heart of Destin beach!

Relaxing

The cleaning was done well before we got there and the manager was super helpful offering help for chairs before even arriving. I just needed to pack my clothes for the trip every thing else was provided. Excellent service and would stay anytime. It wasn't a beach front view but still beautiful and had no trouble with a short walk or front row parking to everything they offered. The security guards were so friendly. Loved it!!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo, and our experience with the host! Management was wonderful! Very professional, kind, and GREAT communication. The condo was BEAUTIFULLY decorated and VERY clean. We had plenty of space for our family of four. The views were fantastic! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and water park. We’ve already recommended them to friends. You won’t regret booking this property.

Amazing Place with an amazing view

My family and I stayed here for a week and we had the best time. The condo was clean and perfectly decorated for the beach. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of room. Kris the property manager was on top of things giving us all the information we needed for an amazing vacation. We would definitely return and highly recommend.
