Fabulous

Modern decor, new appliances including a very large refrigerator and a very comfortable king bed. The view from the private balcony was spectacular!

Vacation for my spouse and I

My husband and I had a great trip staying at this property. Our first vacation without kids in nearly 23 years. We LOVED the unit, it was clean and full of fun amenities! We loved the different light variation you could have with the paintings and fireplaces. This unit had everything we needed and it was clean and so very cute. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are able to escape! Thank you for helping make our trip memorable. The Menendez Family

Superb Location

The complex is old, but the particular unit has been renovated. The pictures reflect reality. The unit is small--sufficient for two people. The place stands out in its location and ease of access to the beach. If you're looking for amenities, big crowds and a lot of extras, then this is not it. If you're looking for smaller crowds, two chairs and an umbrella (service is included with your stay) that won't be placed behind other rows, and a short walk to the beach, then this is for you.

The private beach was so great, lots of room for the boys to play football and soccer on the beach. Office staff were very friendly and helpful and the lifeguards who set up our chairs everyday were fantastic. Knew our names after day 1 and greeted us by name everyday after. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes from Walmart and within walking distance to multiple great restaurants. Will definitely be back!

What a great spot for a super relaxed vacation !

This was our 1st time at Destin, and we really liked it. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Super quiet area since there's only one more building between the Henderson State Park and this building. We liked the fact that even with a 3 story building, there's an elevator which makes it so easy to carry up/down stuffs.The property was super nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing! We spent a lot of time there enjoy the beautiful gulf shore ocean. The shades of blue were amazing...really difficult to capture on a picture. The customer service from the Coral Reef Club was superb. Great team of people addressing all the questions we had on a very timely manner. This is definitely an area / building we would consider going forward.

Kudos to the maintenance guy who was always making sure everything was is good working order! Condo was recently updated and nice. We love The Coral Reef Club My only gripe and maybe I'm nitpicking but I'm also ocd when it comes to cleanliness is the fans blades always get missed when cleaning the units.

A Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Destin for decades, but this is the first time we have stayed East of Henderson Beach State Park. The Coral Reef Club is an older property, but it is well maintained and very convenient to the beach as well as shopping and other attractions. It is also away from the hi-rise properties, so the beach was not congested, even in peak season. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and evidently enjoy their work because they are always smiling and offering a greeting as you walk by. We will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nicely decorated condo. The King size bed was very comfortable. We liked the extra-large sinks in the bathrooms. The kitchen setup is very nice. This was our second stay on the third floor and it was quite. The first and second floor can be noisy. Our only complaint is the seating in the living room. The sofa, chair and ottoman are very uncomfortable. That being said, I would recommend staying in this unit.

The last time we decided that to much had changed for the price so we visited the Coral Reef Club to see what they had to offer. We took the chance and scheduled for #42 just a couple of months later. From the moment we walked in we were so happy with our decision to change to the Coral Reef Club and especially to room #42. We will be staying here each time we come to Destin from now on.Such a beautiful room and the details in the updates on this condo were very well thought out.

A lot of technology that we didn't even know existed and it took us a little bit to learn some of it. Really nice artwork and decor made it feel really special. Only downside is that it is in an old building with thin walls. Heated pool (just enough to take the chill off) was very refreshing.

Reviewer Comments: We have been renting units for more than 20 years at Cirsl Reef Club.The last 2 years have been disappointing.The units are not clean. I spend the first few hours wiping down kitchen counters and vacuuming. I understand that exterior repairs have to be made but it is disturbing to your guests there.The parking lot is a total disaster with cracked concrete everywhere. Certainly with the amount of income these units generate a new parking lot could be installed.
