Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones frente al Golfo se encuentra en el majestuoso entorno de Silver Beach Towers. Las vistas directas desde casi todas las habitaciones, incluidas las habitaciones, la sala, el comedor y la cocina, cuentan con ventanas de piso a techo que le permiten aprovechar al máximo las espectaculares vistas de las arenas blancas como el azúcar y las hermosas aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. RELAXING - BEAUTIFUL - CLEAN

We checked in at 4pm as scheduled. Everything we needed was available for a 6 day stay for 2 adults...I purchased 1 small dish soap, coffee, cream and sugar. Note: we did not cook.The place was exactly as advertised and very clean. I'm somewhat obsessive about cleanliness and this condo passed. Was pleased that it faced the grounds and not the pool. View of beach was perfect. Balcony furniture was comfortable.Items I could nitpick about: hot tub was small & the kids played in it too much. The washer did not spin out. I tried it twice and gave up. It may have been because it was a very small load but didnt use it after that. Didnt want to be stuck with a load of wet towels. The dryer worked fine. A fitness center would have made this a 10 star rating. I give it an 8.

Beautiful resort, very well kept! Only problem was washer and dryer needs some attention. They were informed and I am sure will fix. We loved staying here. Perfect in every way. Love how accessible everything is.

Perfect spot on the beach

Our stay was perfect. The balcony faces the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin. The place is not overcrowded. The vacation unit was also comfortable and tastefully decorated. We hope to rent it again. Thank you for our awesome stay.

Really suprised

The property was as described. Both beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable they're not worn down and lumpy like most rentals. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The room did have a slight smell at first but nothing out of the ordinary for being at the beach. House keeping has done their job well, we were extremely suprised for a room that has carpet in it we didn't have any issues with sand or dirt. For being on the third floor the view is good. Its completely unrelated but the only thing that we wasn't prepared for was the beach service does not allow tents on the beach near the chairs but the guys were really nice about it.

We had the most amazing time!! The room was great and clean! We had everything we needed!! The resort was amazing! Pools stayed clean and clear! Beach was awesome especially with the complimentary chairs and umbrella!!! We will definitely be staying again!! Already planning another vacation back!!! I have never been more impressed!

Enjoyed Destin, disappointed in condo

We love Destin and enjoyed being there but the condo is in a desperate need of upgrade! Furniture is so worn out you sit and feel every bar and spring. Not enough seating in condo at all. Patio furniture was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sit out there and enjoy the view. As I said we love Destin and will be back just not to this complex or condo!

All the dishes were dirty

The was nice. Furniture was in good shape. All the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, we had to wash everything prior to using. With covid happening at this time we were very concerned with if anything in the unit was clean including the bed linen. Left us to whip everything down with bleach wipes. There should be some type of cleanliness inspection program to verify the cleaning company is providing proper cleaning service.

Loved this condo!

Condo is much bigger than pictures make it out to be! Perfect location for restaurants and attractions. Also the beach view from the balcony is breath taking! Pool was for the most part clean and the beach is beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!

I loved the place, the view was beautiful! Room had all the amenities listed and had no issues with the room or the grounds. My only issue was trying to communicate with Compass Resorts prior to my stay. I called 5 times, left 3 messages, and tried the online contact form. No response back.
