Unidad 401 - Unidad final 2Br / 2Ba! Vista directa del Golfo de México! Tasa de platino!

Islander Condo # 401 es una unidad de platino con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina se renovó recientemente con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con asientos o relájese en la sala de estar actualizada para ver el Smart TV de 42 "con 3D. Reproductor Blue Ray y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva cama king size y un televisor de 24 "con reproductor de DVD. El baño tiene un tocador nuevo con encimeras de granito y una ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una nueva cama tamaño queen y un televisor de 24 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD. El baño de visitas tiene un lavabo de pedestal y un combo de bañera / ducha.

Great location

This unit was a great location with awesome views. The check in and out process was very easy. The place was very clean and layout of rooms were great. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Beautiful Gulf View Condo

We enjoyed the condo tremendously! Great views, comfy beds, nice shower. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Pool was nice and warm and hot-tub was great! Liked that it was an end unit and the stairs were super handy being so close. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at the Islander. Check in was easy but we were told we could check in sooner and we were made to wait until almost 4. That was a little irritating. Also, the room could have been much cleaner! Beautiful view and well decorated room. Would come back.

Cozy Condo

This was a pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach was such a short distance. The guy that worked the beach was the most pleasant beach attendant we have ever met. He was amazing and very attentive with a great attitude. The condo was clean and the furniture was very nice. My only suggestion-it needs some type of blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that, it was awesome. BONUS-this condo has its own washer and dryer in master. Very satisfied ❤️

Unit should be a bronze, not Platinum. We will choose a different unit next time. I would give the unit a 3 rating, while The Islander gets a 5 star!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrive to check in to condo #106. When entering, there were 2 humidifiers blowing hot air and the room temperature was 78. We called the front desk who told us the air conditioner was out and that maintenance was coming “some time” today. I called back to speak to manager. I asked why we were not told prior to arriving or when we checked in. Cindy then told me: “I told them to tell yall before, I knew they should have” About an hour later, a manger (Raquel)called and said the unit air conditioner can not be fixed and that we would have to move to 406 but then will have to leave that unit Thursday morning to another unit. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and the lack of integrity from management. We missed dinner reservations 1st night and lost beach time with family moving units twice. One manger offered full refund, the other partial. We still had to pay for resort and cleaning fees. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They canceled the wrong reservation. I called multiple times and was told that a manager would call me. Never received a call. My check in date was the same, but check out was a different date. I tried to speak to someone at check in as well. The “manager” was not available and I was told the manager will call me.... No phone call. I ONLY stayed at this location b/c I love the beach area!

Wayne at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! The only downside was the elevators in the main lobby weren’t working often and there are only two available for the entire resort. That is my only complaint but it was fixed during our stay and it ended up being just fine!!

Best beach access

This place was GREAT. So clean and fresh looking. Roomy and large shower. View of beach was awesome. Access to the beach was just a few steps. Complimentary beach chairs as well. Staff was helpful. Can’t wait to come back!!

The website is very friendly for locating the perfect room. We like a corner East facing unit as we get a few extra steps using the stairs.
