“The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay.”

The property is very comfortable and close to King Street, where there is plenty for everyone to do. My kids went to the "Call Your Momma" bagel shop every morning, which is two blocks away. Communications with the property owner was clear and fast -- really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is nice but the kitchen is very small. We didn’t mind because we went out for all meals but breakfast. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet. We only had a chance to walk to the river area one day due to the extreme heat we encountered that week. But it was such a great location had we been able to use your bikes or walk like we planned. Love the area and would definitely visit again.”
