“Clean room, shower was little mouldy but everything else was nice.
Reception was very helpful and also the ski shop next to the reception.
The hotel facilities were great.
Having a hotel restaurant to have room service for dinner would have been amazing.”

“Honestly the exact cozy snow experience my partner and I were after. Loved the Bavarian feel and especially being by the open fireplace in the bar area. Existing from a totally different era I can't imagine anywhere else in Thredbo has the same charm. Don't change!”

“We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time at the resort and visiting the ski fields. The resort itself was in a great location with two restaurants and amenities like a heated indoor pool, sauna, archery and some walks. It was such a peaceful resort with lots of beautiful wildlife to spot. Thredbo was about 15 minute drive and Perisher accessible via the skitube 5 minutes away or driving about 45 minutes. Harro’s ski shop was also fantastic and I’d highly recommend hiring from here...

“The rooms were clean but the hotel its self is very congested no lifts so much stairs to go up n down staff was alright breakfast was good night time its very loud surroundings as there is a pub and pool table games in the same building”

“Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile.”
