“For the price we paid for this accommodation, we were totally disappointed. We thought of a quaint property in the National Park, which the original building is, but the motel accommodation is well below backpacker standard. I have no issues with backpackers, but not at the price we paid for the night. They are definitely 1960’s, and very basic. We had a lovely meal in the main restaurant but felt dissatisfied with the standard of accommodation.”

“The location is great. We were able to walk to restaurants and bakeries and walk to meet our tour operator at the Visitor Center. I needed to check out an hour later and this request was granted, which was very helpful to me.”

“Be aware of low (no) water in some of the beautiful gorges. Still beautiful but different from years ago.”

“A beautiful hotel, expensive but worth it for the lovely self contained villa. So private and quiet. Gorgeous beach but it was too cold for us in the pool. We had a terrific time exploring the area and found lots of options for dining.”

“The lake view room was actually sooo much better than the photos on the website. It was a fabulous way to end a camping roadtrip that consisted of wind, rain and cold - felt very luxurious. The restaurant/bar area was amazing with a blazing fire and wrap around glass windows for the view. And don’t forget happy hour Mojitos 😊 One night was most certainly NOT enough”

“The kangaroos were a highlight, the pools and tennis court are well maintained. Inside property needs an upgrade.”
