“The MOST delightful and friendly accommodation and hosts you could wish for. The perfect location for historical sites and visits on the doorstep. We will definitely be returning in the future !!”

“Central location with a lots to do in a short drive. Lovely stay, lovely hosts highly recommend.”

“The hosts were AMAZING. They were very welcoming and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. Clean, plenty of activities in the quarters (pool, fuzzball), home-cooked breakfast. We will definitely be returning! Grady Champion”

“The house itself looks great from the outsite and is located as described further away from other houses. Hence the surrounding is very quiet what we expected and liked a lot. The garden is lovely and well kept. The inside of the house was not as clean as we expected and others have described. There was a lot of dust for example in the corners and unter the beds. One of the biggest issues were the very many woodlice in the house, especially on the first floor in the bedrooms. With a house old as...

“Absolutely amazing place. Loved it for the week as was a great base for exploring all ww2 sites and beaches. Owner didnt realise that the Aga wasnt working and as its a british oven couldnt get it fixed whilst we there. But only gripe, we have was that no attempt was made to supply some sort of alternative or compensate for having to eat out most nights which got quite expensive. A BBQ was onsite to use with a 2 burner electric hob which limited our options. No hot tub. Even though listed.”
