“Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. ”

“This is a nice hotel in an area that is walking distance (good solid walk but doable) to many of the sites. The room is decent, staff very very friendly, breakfast is superb. My only issue was the mattress is hard. Maybe that’s normal in Bangladesh, I like a semi soft mattress. I just used Doona as an extra layer. I would recommend staying here”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

“Its...a minimum BUDGET Basic hotel for SINGLE travellers Will NOT recommend for Families at all. SMALL Rooms ...space enough only for One person .... Thir BATHROOM does NOT have a -"exhaust"- so ....All the smell goes back to your room ! --- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The BREAKFAST has ONLY 1 Egg with One Toast and One cup of Tea.... “AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful.”

“Staff at hotel is very welcoming and friendly. From the security opening the door and greeting, to the desk staff being friendly and welcoming and the bell boy as well, respectful and friendly. The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight.
