“My wife and I have stayed here a lot. We live about 90 mins away in Chester. Basically we use it as a retreat from the city weekend madness. Tourists, races drunks, noise? Here, peace and quiet. We stay in the garden rooms overlooking the hills towards Blackburn. Gardens are beautiful, lounge small and reserved. Staff mainly Asian are all very nice, respectful, efficient. “Can’t praise the staff here enough . Very friendly and considerate. Arrived early so had some lunch before check in and food menu caters for all. Breakfast was equally delicious. I would definitely return here with future trips to the area. Well done everyone 🤗”

“The rooms are set away from the bar in a separate building and are very quiet! looks like an old building but inside is modern. Our room had its own modern bathroom and was very comfortable. Car parking was plentiful and never struggled with parking. We were meeting friends in Chorley so never got to try the bar meals but rooms I can recommend 100%. Next visit we will be booking the same rooms. ”
