“Awesome property! We had 4 generations staying for a few days to relax, enjoy each other's company, and eat. We've been all over Texas the last 15 years and this place was top notch.Pool and party garage were a hit. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and private location (yet easy to find).Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.”

“It was extremely quiet, and it was very near good eating places and near our event. There wasn't soap or shampoo in bathroom but luckily, we always carry some and there wasn't real coffee. If we'd known this, we would have taken some. Otherwise, it was quaint and well thought out.”

“Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. “This beautiful home housed two families with small children and this place truly was our home away from home. They had everything we could potentially need for cooking meals. The house was clean and kid friendly. Location was perfect and safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around!”

“We gathered to celebrate our 86 year old mother’s birthday with her and all of her children, grandchildren and great grandkids. The kids had a great time in the backyard. The adults played board games around the large table. There are two separate seating areas so it was easy to have conversations without being overwhelming. We were cool and comfortable in the Waco heat and the beds were very comfortable. Also, there’s nothing lacking in that awesome kitchen! We hope to be back sometime!! ”

“We enjoyed our stay more than we could’ve anticipated! The home was lovely. Kids had a blast in the pool, in the game room, and watching movies in the theater. Even the neighbors were great. Kids fished their hearts out. We kayaked and realized we need our own for bayou living! My only suggestions are that the kitchen needs more pots, pans, and basic measuring tools and the bathrooms could use more towels and wash cloths. ”

“Such a cute cottage! The host thought of everything! Spices, all the kitchen items you’ll need, all cabinets, drawers and switches labeled, large selection of games, perfectly clean dock and outdoor furniture. Our boys loved jumping off the dock using the trapeze! We will stay here again! ”

“This charming cottage was a perfect step back in time set in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk away from a city park and Granbury lake. Even our 17 year old grandson liked it!”

“The rustic Hillside cabin is located a few miles off the beaten path, yet close enough to Glen Rose to easily drive to nearby attractions. Upon arrival, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The setting is serene and peaceful. One thing to be aware of is that the cabin is a bit small - it is not spacious on the inside but there is plenty of room to explore outside. We had a lovely time.”
