“The lodge is ideally located in central Chobe National Park (preferably access with small plane at Savuti). Great for day safari trip. The GM couple is extremely caring and the staff very attentive to your needs. It's an amazing place. Prefer to go on dry season, as during wet season (Jan-April) animals are more difficult to see and some roads are flooded”

“The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle.”

My room was near the office and spa and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise -- I'd recommend a room on the second floor. They seem to be renovating so there was renovation noise after 9 am too. Pool looked good but was too cold to try it out. Nice breakfast included. I had two strange breakfast related experiences. First, I was told breakfast was served between 7 and 9 am, but then...

The location is beautiful with a lot space, out chalet was amazing (all recently renovated, along with the main building). The staff were very helpful and made extra effort to accommodate us. If you have the time, do a morning or evening boat ride to explore the river and see the banks of the national park on the other side.”
