“A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween...

“This place checked all the boxes for cool. The ambiance of an old brewery really set the mood for a weekend in New Ulm. Right away we were impressed by the hospitality of free beer and snacks. The size of the rooms were impressive. We were so appreciative of the incredibly comfortable beds. I have bo doubt that we're going to stay here again. ”

“Very much enjoyed our stay, perfect spot for experiencing New Ulm. Only feed back would be maybe some more seating for a living room/hangout area, and a bigger TV. We had some bad weather so we spent some of the day in the unit, a loveseat/couch may have been nice.Overall though, would totally recommend this spot to somebody visiting New Ulm. Loved being right in downtown, we could walk pretty much everywhere, we loved it our visit and will be back.”

“Our second stay was as amazing as our first! Super clean property, comfy beds, a kitchen full of tools for cooking, beautiful night skies, and the most friendly hosts. A great place to just hang out and explore or a starting point for exploring Mankato and other local towns. Definitely a vacation gem. We've previously not visited a rental more than once...until now. Highly recommend! We'll definitely go back!”
