“The hotel is good overall but the buffet is not up to standards!”

“Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome. ”

“In general it was a good stay and I do recommend the hotel. Room was clean, staff were nice and friendly. The only problem we had was the baby cot, from a side, the net was ripped and the frame was broken.”

The washbasin was so close to the toilet it made me so uncomfortable They have a lot of space in the upper portion, but I don’t understand why they haven’t used i properly ”
