“We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!”

“The property was roomy and very comfortable. However there should be some soundproofing against the adjoining property as conversations and other noises are easily heard. The shower stall should be replaced. I really enjoyed the location and the layout of the property. I would stay there again.”

“This was a short notice work/family trip. My husband's band was in the area for a show so we decided to make a weekend of it. My son and family joined us and it couldn't have been a better choice! Even with four adults and two children it was plenty spacious! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The sunsets were incredible and fishing right off the dock was the best! “My husband and I were there for vacation. We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed every minuet in the condo and at the Beach. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. “The location and accommodations were great. The only thing I would mention is to check the propane in the tank prior to planning a grill night. It was empty. Also, the owner of this unit lets you control the AC yourself. Other units have WiFi thermostats so they regulated the room temps, not good!”

“The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We didnt cook any meals but if we did the kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances look like their new! Location was pefect...literally walk out, take a left, cross 98 and your at the beach entrance!! Arrival was smooth and there is a binder on the coffee table with info about the cottage and the aera as far as stores and restaurants. Shep was a pleasure to work with. Will go back for sure!!!”

“First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. “We stayed in Calvin’s place during a relocation to the area. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed. We thought we were going to have to cancel but at the last minute was able to make the trip and Calvin was very helpful in rebooking the house. Great experience overall!”
