“Lovely old house & gardens, undergoing a full renovation by the enthusiastic owners. We really liked it - if you like a bit quirky, you will like it too. There was also a very impressive & thought provoking WW1 memorial just a few miles away, that was well worth spending time in.”

“Honestly, there are no words to describe our family stay in this magical house. We spend our Christmas days at this beautiful Maison and we will never forget it. The house is quite big and equipped with everything you need. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it was perfect. You have everything you need.The outside area was big and very beautiful! “First of all, the room didn’t resemble any of the pictures shown on the website. Our room reeked of old cigarr and we had to have our Windows opened at all times. The beds were not comfortable and really worn out, and the toilet and the shower resembled more those found aboard ships. The staff couldn’t speak one Word in english, but Google translate did the trick. The breakfast was really simple with limited options. We were not satisfied with the overall experience.”
