My wife had an accident away from the hotel and broke her knee. The hotel staff were super. Changed is to a ground floor room in a heartbeat and did all that could be done to help us.

“Wow!! This was absolutely one of the best rentals we've ever used!! Joshi, the manager, was the nicest person. The online pics are totally accurate. The villa was so well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. We will definitely return to this place when we travel to Grand Turk again. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!!”
