“Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are young, professional, and incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is nametags—I really wish they wore badges so I could give a proper shout-out to a couple of them by name! I do want to specifically mention the chef in the restaurant, who is...

“Hôtel très bien situé en haut du parcours de golf, à l'écart de la pollution du centre-ville. Piscine propre et de grande taille. Deux tennis avec un coach très sympa mais il faut refaire le revêtement qui est très dégradé ainsi que le filet et l'éclairage hors service. Salon de massage avec des dames très sympathiques aussi. Restauration correcte mais sans plus. Les personnel est très professionnel et accueillant. Seul point négatif, les prix, qui ont nettement augmenté depuis la réfection des...

“While the staff was kind and helpful, there were a few set backs on our 7 day stay. Like no hot water in our room for 2 days.we had to wait while the place was mostly empty and had multiple units we could have moved to while they fix the problem. Food was selection limited and some dishes mediocre. Soap and towels supply are limited and poor quality. Location is good and property very clean.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK Hotel needs some renovation. Air condition is noisy and didn't work one day (maybe it was an isolated accident, but it is something serious!) Wifi could be better.”

“Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.”

“The hotel is currently a construction site, under renovations. The advertised gym does not exist.”

“Camas comoda. Buen desayuno. Personal amable y eficiente. Hall y sala de fitness podrían ser mejores.”

“Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the local seasonal fruits in my bedroom as welcome gift The beignets in the restaurant were delicious. Great hotel will definitely go there again, The room was clean with Ac working well. Very quiet and was perfect for my short stay.”

“It's hard to find a place in Yaounde that is quite. But this place is. The pool was clean, the apartment was great, and the staff were all unusually helpful. Service with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to other guests.”

“Great hotel for the price. The restaurant should be opened earlier for breakfast instead of waiting until 8:00 am or more. The hotel staff was very professional. I appreciate the cleanliness.”
