“Disappointing Stay, Poor Cleanliness and Service Our family’s stay at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites was very disappointing. The room had worn-out sofas and chairs, a blocked bathroom sink that was only fixed on the second day, and an unclean floor drain. “The most luxurious hotel, the bed and pillows were amazing, staff were lovely and very helpful. Can't rate this Hotel high enough, and i've stayed in many to compare with, will definitely be back.”

“We loved every part of our luxurious stay. From the moment we got out of the Uber upon arrival, until check out. We were made to feel extremely special, and the room was just incredible. The best we’ve ever stay in. The staff were wonderful, breakfast top tier and we had 2 fabulous swims and dips in the spa. Would love to stay again!”

“Suelo ir mucho a Ibis por la relación calidad precio pero este no me ha parecido confortable. Es viejo , cama mala. No volvería ”

“The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time.”

“Clean room, pool was nice, towels were fresh, bed and pillows were really nice however breakfast buffet was expensive - $50 per person is not reasonable”

“All were good”
