“Nice to be back after many years absence. Used to stay a lot. Still great. Great studio room with functional mini kitchen & modern bathroom. Slept 9 hrs last night! Quiet. Easy free parking. Great price for Melbourne. Minor issue: Need to replace threadbare tea towels!!”
