“Lovely clean, spacious room with good bathroom, and convenient powerpoints for mobiles by bed. Plenty of towels. Staff were wonderful - incredibly helpful and professional. Shower was a bit gentle and the Balmain shampoo/gel products are not great, they don't wash very well.”
