“Warning do not be deceived by the pictures of this cabin! My friends and I with our children went up for Labor Day and this place was below our expectations. Let me begin with us specifically choosing this cabin because of the ( Pool) amenity which we were not able to use because it had chunks of hair that looked so disgusting! Second -the fridge was gross. 3rd -the overall first floor where the dinning table was had a bunch of dog hair and chips that wasn’t picked up nor swept. The fans that...

“Extremely clean cute house! Right off a main road which I wasn’t expecting but the back porch was still peaceful and the creek was relaxing! The few things to do in Cosby are definitely worth checking out! We loved the affordability of the home and the ability to escape the crazy of PF and Gatlinburg! “Neighboring houses were visible but a nice distance away. Hot tub was on the smaller side but clean and easy to use. Wish the creek was a little shallower for the kids and the drop off not so steep but nothing you can do about mother nature. Over all a nice quiet stay and the kiddos loved the game room. ”

“Loved the seclusion, couldn't see neighbors at all, Drive was pretty steep but we were in 4 x4 so no issues. House was cute. We really only had 1 real complaint bthe beds were uncomfortable but we survived and you deal with uncomfortable beds even in motels. Aslso, the only other thing was it said there was a stovetop, but there was a hot plate hard to use around littles. But still a nice place to stay but all in all it was a nice place to stay and we would probably rent again sometime.”

“Mira was very quick to respond to all my questions regarding my stay in the Cosby, TN area. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with anything you may need. I appreciated that she was so accommodating to children, and had the use of a pack and play, high chair, and stroller should they have been needed. All in all, it was a clean comfortable property.”

“The cabin is great. It was perfect for me and my wife. When we showed up at the property, I had lost my itinerary and had to contact the property owner. I left a voice mail. He contacted me immediately and resent my itinerary. My wife and I were only there in the evenings because we were out exploring the area. The screened in porch is nice.
