“The house was perfect for our family reunion from grandparents to as young as 9 years old. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and grill for our family while we enjoyed our days boating on the lake. We had a great time and my parents loved having the whole family together. Highly recommend!”

“We've stayed for a week at Doug and Lucy’s place in June 2025. We had a really great time, enjoyed everything. Mostly spent time on the lake - swimming, kayaking, fishing. Kids had fun at the beach and playgrounds at the Elrod Ferry Recreation Area, which is just a few minutes drive down the road. Groceries and shopping (Walmart and ALDI) are less than 10 minutes away. Overall, a very nicely located quiet place on the lake. Will definitely try to come back next year.”

“The location for this rental was perfect. My father and I stayed here for a 4 day fishing trip and enjoyed it immensely. House was very clean and had great AC, but kitchen can be scarce so if you decide to do a lot of cooking I would bring what you need. The woods surrounding the property are gorgeous, I always enjoyed the walk down to the dock. I would note its a bit steep and some of the steps are loose so be careful.
