“We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! ”

“Wonderful cabin and location! Dave was a fantastic host. Loved having the pontoon boat available. Boat instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Caught bass, perch, bluegill and crappie. Weather was cooler than expected, so fire pit was enjoyed! Check out the Block North Brewery and Restaurant. We considered it a bonus find on our trip. Awesome food, beer and extensive menu. A must do in Aitkin! Highly recommend Sullivan Lake Chalet!”

“I do not recommend that holiday home, the attitude is terrible, there are rodents running around on the roof and along the walls, and there are a lot of them, we did not sleep well there, we left the building early for 4 nights, we needed to return earlier, they refused us.
