“This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. “The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!”

"Las fotos que tienen en la página del hotel no son actuales, tienen fotos de cuando estaba en buenas condiciones, y ahora ya esta viejo y huele a humedad. Afuera esta un carro quemado que da muy mal aspecto al hotel, dentro del hotel, solo sirve un elevador, los cuartos son viejos y huelen a humedad. Yo me quedé dos noches y nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto ni a llevar toallas limpias ni jabón y shampoo."
