“The place is in a lovely location and the management was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is pretty run down and the cleanliness on check in was lacking. Just a little more upkeep and this would be an excellent rental. FYI, the location is quite remote. The closest gas station, grocery, and restaurant are 20 miles away. Come prepared:)”

Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away!
