“The breakfast service is very poor. The woman at the counter is very rude to the guests, which spoils the breakfast. There is no permanent coffee service for guests. The rooms are not quiet. For sure there must be better places to stay at Lewiston. The truth is that there is no good service policy in the establishment.”

“Nice view of golf course, but couldn't go on porch... too many flies on sliding glass doors! First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!”

“Breakfast is an extra charge. Used soap in bathrooms. No cream or half n half. Only tap water for drinking. No ice. Home is beautiful. Hostess very friendly.”

“After spending 12 hour days with our two granddaughters, 2YO and 4YO, we were more than ready to enjoy the peaceful and nicely appointed space at Turkey Crossing! While a king bed would have been better for us, we still appreciated the cleanness and quaintness of the property! It was so close to so much in both Freeport and Bruswick. We appreciated the early check in as well!”

“Gem of a place to stay visiting our Bates student! House was roomy, very clean, and beds were comfy. Great communication with the hosts. Hope to stay again in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the outdoor spots- balcony on each floor, fire pit area, and lake access. ”
