“We've stayed here many times and have noticed the hotel is starting to show wear and tear from the transient workers. Having grown up in the area, we refuse to pay a lot of money to stay in Monaca/Center Township, PA. We pulled in and two huge men (workers) were hanging out in the main entrance. Then, only one of our two keys worked despite three tips back and forth to try and fix it (battery needed changed). Then, there was only one tiny soap for two adults, staying two nights. “The hotel was not clean the floors by the elevator were dirty. There was also spilled drink around the garbage can that was never cleaned. The bathroom in our hotel room floor was dirty.”

“The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The facility is well worn and we had to switch rooms due to the phone and refrigerator not working. The worst part of the stay was the construction going on. Hammering going on before 8 am and the worst part was loud bangs around midnight. It sounded like rolls of carpeting being dropped on the floor literally shaking our room. We have used this hotel for stays in the past when visiting family but will be looking into other hotels next time.”

Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. “Cosy is the best word for this property. But also very well equipped. Everything we could possibly need except food itself was tucked away in all of the various drawers and cabinets. We chose it for pet-friendliness but didn’t end up bringing our dog. They even had a dog cage available. The stairs to the backyard are a bit steep but a vacant lot is available at the end of the street just 3 houses away.
