“We wanted a place where the sunset is amazing and this place is awesome. Close to freeway and very close to a winery. Weather is fantastic but you couldn’t tell ot was 98 degrees, the house was keeped at 72 degrees. Would love to return again”

“This was our second stay at this house, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The home is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. There’s plenty of space for our two dogs to run around, which we really appreciate. The neighborhood feels very safe and quiet, with several great restaurants nearby. The hot tub is a great bonus — clean and well-kept. This has become our go-to spot when visiting family in West Richland. Highly recommend!”

“Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. “This is our second stay and it went well. The place pet friendly, is spotless and all the amenities are great.The only difference this time was there was a person upstairs who we could clearly hear walking around and they had a small dog who barked quite a bit (but not at night thankfully) We would stay here again.”

“This house was indeed cozy! The bed were very comfy and they made sure to have lots of extra amenities. We were there on a very hot weekend and the AC units were very lovely. The home is right next to an event center so there was a night that the music next door was loud, very late. My family and I felt very safe with the security system and had a very lovely stay. We hope to stay there again! ”

“Our daughter’s wedding was in a small town outside the Tri-Cities and we needed a large house to accommodate family coming from out of town. This house was perfect as every bedroom could accommodate adults (no bunk bed rooms). We hosted a rehearsal BBQ on the beautiful back lawn using the 2nd full kitchen. Our wedding party got ready at the house and our photographer loved the sunlit rooms for pictures. Kelly, our host, was so responsive to every question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
