Stunning Ranch in the woods!Berrien Springs

“Make sure you read the fine print! There is someone that lives in the basement! They said it was in the listing. The house is outdated and smells musty. I would not stay there again. The rental company Unique Stays was horrible to deal with. We asked if we could get the front door code 45min before we were supposed to because we arrived early. They wanted to charge me for giving me the code 45min early! The pictures must have been staged of the listing because the house does not look...

“The driveway, walkway and porch could have used a good sweeping/cleaning!The rooms were very clean and neat. The house has a rather "musty" smell. The garage (which you have to go through), and back deck needed sweeping/cleaning. The yard, both front and back needed some real tending to....Personal taste--don't like plastic dishes !No icemaker !For the price and last minute booking it was okay. Thanks”

“House was super cute on the inside. Location to beach and restaurants was convenient. Maintenance on the outside was needed. Overgrown shrubs and unkempt flower beds were the first impression as well as the property needed mowed. Owner was quick to respond to messages but only referred me to the property listing when I asked about check in times. Multiple requests were made to have an early check in/late check out due to just being there for a night. This was unable to be honored. Dirty...
