“We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Everything was nice. The cabin was quiet and clean. Billy was so thoughtful and made sure we made it into the cabin site with our trailer. Was able to ride on trail leaving right from the cabin It was a wonderful weekend we will be back. ”

“The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. ”

“Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. ”

“What a great hotel should be. Clean, comfortable, excellent service. Cookies and snacks in the evening. A great breakfast. No complaints.”

“Good location and price was decent. However, there's more than bad than good. The area was spacious, bed was ok and sheets looked clean. Now the bad, floors were sticky so I had to wear my shoes all the time. The back door stayed open and so anyone and come and go and the towels were stained. I stayed for YouTube purposes but wouldn't recommend unless your really on a budget. Not allowing me to attach photos but you can see reviews on Google.”
