“Very nice place to call our home base while exploring the area. We spent a considerable amount of time in Gibbon, Kearney and Grand Island. Very cozy and we loved the big farm dogs!! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They only thing would be anybody sleeping in the living room (teenage son) heard the interstate noise most of the night.”

“Exceeded expectations. Great in every detail. Absolutely would be happy to stay here again. Close to shops. Driveway was spacious, long, and perfect for a big van and car. Although important in another setting for us, it was very thoughtful to have both a low clearance shower and a tub and no steps. I was here on business but easily would work for aging parents on a family trip. Fantastic experience!”
