“We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service.”

“Such a quaint town and hotel! Very Clean! Nice sized rooms. So much Aviation history! Breakfast was wonderful! Then watching the Small planes taxi down the street, to come in for breakfast was incredible! We are planning our next trip across Kansas to include a stay here!!”

“Stay away!! It’s under new ownership. The hotel is scary run down and awful. I prepaid a month before my stay I flew in and they said they had no record of me paying or my reservation. I showed them all the proof and they said nope! You have to pay again. I ran, stay away!”

“Very basic room for just staying an overnight or if you're not going to be spending much time in the room. Room was clean the bed was very big and comfortable, we did buy our own towels because not many provided. Staff was very nice, wasn't rowdy overnight and we basically got room for a fishing tournament so we can keep an eye on our stuff. It had a refrigerator and a microwave, although the refrigerator did have mold and we did not use it. It's on the main strip easy to get off and on...

“The site said it had an indoor pool. It had one but it was closed anyway for the season. The rooms had squeaky beds, rusty door handles, and the main door had to be slammed to close. We found long dark hair in the bed sheets, like they weren’t changed. The hot breakfast consisted of a waffle maker only and hard boiled eggs that looked like they were cooked and left there all week. The cold choices were cereal and white bread toast. I would l”

“Augusta is such a charming town. We arrived late into town. Our hostess contacted us through the app and text to make sure we were receiving her messages. She was doing everything she could to give us a smooth check in. The home was beautiful. All the check in directions were spot on. The bed was so comfortable. She provided all the things we needed for a relaxing stay. I would 100% stay here again!”
