They allow you to park as soon as last night's guests check out, so we parked our car and walked all around Newport. Very short walk to the Levee and tons of dining options. “Place was ok. A few of the photos didn't match the current property (no toaster, no curtain/shades on a set of windows in a bedroom.) Also had some wifi issues (chatting with the first number that texted us didn't resolve it which was weird, so found another number and texted that and it was resolved.) But do appreciate that it was resolved by the second person.”
