“I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.”

“My daughter and I stayed here for family weekend at Liberty University. I was late in getting a reservation and there were not too many hotels left. We were not sure how Brentwood Inn and Suites were going to be but I was pleasantly surprised. Although there was not a pool or fitness center - I could not have asked for a cleaner hotel room. It was spotless and it was great to see the staff thoughtfully cleaning all the rooms and washing the windows etc. It was close to everything and...

“This was a terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. I booked the room and everything was worse than expected and photographed. If you book this hotel then you are doing this at your own risk. The entire hotel has an odor that is wicked. I assume from the carpets. We had to move rooms because a spider was crawling on my son laying in bed and the odor and filth was unbearable. The second room’s odor (BO) was less offensive than the first room.
