“Room was perfect”

“Every thing excellent, except the bathroom plumbing. The toilets were installed for very very short people. If you have leg or knee issues, ask for a handicapped room. Also, our shower seemed to have had a recent adjustment to the temperature regulator. I could feel rubber inside the unit scrapping as it was turned AND when the handle was turned the water either shut off or got to extreme hot or cold.”

“I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”

“Very nice, modern, a lot of space in the room. I liked it a lot. The only bad thing is that we got to check in tired of the trip at 6 pm and they didn't have the room ready, we had to leave and return in 1 hour. And the reservation check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm.”

“Really nice hotel that is convenient to Interstate 55. That said, request a room away from the highway side of the building to muffle sounds of cars zooming by. ”

“My stay was cozy, warm and inviting, and absolutely wonderful shower. I will definitely be returning! ”

“The “cottage” was definitely not as advertised. It was rated well, which is very deceiving. It was dirty, dilapidated and the shower was something out of a horror movie. Mold had taken over. Expedia and VRBO should take a good hard look at how they vet their listed properties. But that was the good part. Approximately 11 pm, there was a knock at the front door. There were 3 gangbangers standing there expecting us to let them in. I yelled “occupied” out the door, they mumbled something and left....
