“The motel was clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was not good. The staff put up an argument about the request for more towels. The gentleman on the nightshift was really nice but the day staff was rude.”

I realize that "things happen" but I believe that their corporate offices/ reservations had our phone numbers and they never made an effort to contact us. ”
