“Recibimos el cuarto con el baño sucio, los dos últimos días de los 4 días que estuvimos en el hotel salimos a las 10:00 am del cuarto regresamos de noche y no tendieron nuestras camas ni nos cambiaron las tuallas, no hubo servicio de cuarto en general, no tenemos idea que pasó, decidimos terminar en el Hampton los días que nos faltaban de vacaciones.”

“When I checked in I was given a room that had a very strong cigarette smell. I notified the Clerk and she changed our room to a much better smelling room. Everything else was going very well until about 8 a.m. when the Manager's son pounded very hard on our door and screaming like he was going to be abused. I called the front desk and the man who answered, I think the Manager, told me there was no child in the hallway. Since I knew he couldn't see the hallway from the front desk, I asked him to...
