“My sister and I shared the apartment for a short stay. The rooms were so cute and clean. The bathroom was adorable. As soon as we exited our room, a view of the outside garden area was availe with easy access to relax and sip on a glass of wine. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. “Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. ”

“Very cute and newly refinished place. It worked great for our family of 4 (two elementary age kids). Kitchen options are great with the large island, full size refrigerator, full stove/oven, microwave, all the things. Host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was a quick ride down to the Keyesport beach and marina.”

“Great revamp of historic building. However there are tenants upstairs that after a long day wasn’t expecting to hear on hardwoods above throughout the night.”

“There is plenty of room for a big group to spread out. It took some extra time to find linens for the pull out beds. The kitchen has good cooking supplies. A washcloth and more hand towels and a hot pad would be nice. You are required to buy insurance and pay extra for over 4 people.”

“Jakes place was very clean, well-supplied (especially the kitchen), lots of clean linens and towels, and love the location. Legion Hall, KC Hall, V&H restaurant, Wallys, Hannahs Playground are all walkable distances with a 6 year old. The 10 yr old loved the pool table and darts game and so did the adults. Jake is responsive to any request very quickly. Liked using the garage for parking our car, especially in the rain storm. The tornado siren went off and we sheltered in the basement's...
