“A group of 10 of us were in town for college graduation and this house was perfect for all of us to stay together and each family to have their own room. The indoor pool was amazing and we used it every day. We also took advantage of the beautiful backyard and grill to have a family bbq while we were there. There is plenty of space both indoors and out to relax and socialize. Charlie was nice enough to stop by and show us the location to all the light switches that light up the backyard. ”

“The house was good for our stay. Not very kid friendly. Has a long list of rules I wasn’t expecting. Nothing crazy but just not what we are used to from other rentals. The rules could be in place because it is a college town. This home is perfect for adults or a girls gets away. ”

“It was a good stay exactly what we expected great stay. Right off the lake only issues was that the house was a little dusty on the floors. Over all a great stay will definitely stay again if we ever come back to the lake.”

“Took my kids for a TT campus visit with a friend of theirs. This place is great in terms of location and coziness. Really only 1 solid shared bathroom/shower in the middle of the house so that might not be good for some. There is a tiny shower/bathroom in the "master" but my daughter didn't use it. Anyway...can't really complain. Not a lot of super nice options in Lubbock. I would stay here again for sure. ”

“We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. ”
