A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). “This is a great property! It is private and quiet yet you can be in downtown Naples in a few minutes. Very clean with lots of natural light. Plenty of room inside when it is raining but also lots of space outside when it is nice out…and the river passes on both sides of the property because it is on a bit of a peninsula! Also, some older reviews mentioned issues with high mineral content in the water…the house has a filter now and no issues at all with my sensitive skin!”

“We LOVED staying here. This was our final stop of a week long trip and it was perfect. The camp itself was clean, well stocked, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting by the fire, and watching the loon. Our weather was perfect so we were able to take the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat out and even jumped off the dock to swim. “Comfortable and clean apartment was perfect for my wife and I while visiting Portland for 4 days. Rooftop deck was great for relaxing, bathroom was clean and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, bed was clean and comfortable. Host was great with communication and checking in and out was simple and convenient. If we are back we will definitely try to stay here again!”

“This is a beautiful three bedroom home that overlooks the ocean . The path down to the shore is very rough to walk/ climb. We spent much of our time relaxing in the red chairs overlooking the ocean and exploring the surrounding area. We found several wonderful places to eat that were pretty close . The owners were easy to contact. This home is very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed ourselves!”
