“Great property close to the lake and sweet shop…I’d rent again”

“The house is beautiful. Amazing wooden ceilings. A shower that you have to see to believe. You can sit on the front porch or back and hear the birds. Flowers were in bloom. Kitchen fully stocked. Just bring your food. We are already planning a return visit. Chuck the home owner is excellent and quick to respond if you have questions. ”

“Wonderful home with a great view of Dale Hollow Lake! The place had everything to meet the needs of our whole family - including a baby, several young adults and two dogs. We were very close to at least two marinas on the lake (we rented a boat from Sulphur Creek, which was also awesome!). Wildlife in the outdoor setting was abundant and communication with the host was excellent! Overall, we had a great 4th of July reunion for our family and would definitely vacation here again!”

“We had the best girls trip and could not have picked a better place to stay! It was absolutely perfect from the location right next to the marina and we absolutely loved the porch! We will definitely be back :)”

“Everything in the listing was exactly as described. Any amenity needed was available and the house itself is newer and extremely clean. This was the second time we have stayed there and I could not be any more effusive in my praise of the facility. As for the host, John was as prompt as it is possible in addressing any questions I posed.”

“This is the 5th time we have stayed here and as always it was perfect. House is clean and had everything we needed. The owner is always helpful if anything needs addressing. It is a very quiet location. ”

“Loved our stay! House and location were both great, only 6 miles to Loggerhead Marina. David was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was great”

“We had a fantastic stay at The Cottage! The home was beautiful, spotless, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The host was also exceptional—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Check-in was seamless, and accessing the home couldn’t have been easier. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had thought of every detail. Fresh flowers in the kitchen made us feel instantly at home, and there were so many thoughtful extras waiting for us,...

“We were very impressed with our stay here! We loved all the amenities of home. The host provided us with things such as laundry detergent and coffee. It was perfect for our family lake trip”
