“Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

We were able to walk to campus within minutes.This property had everything needed for either a short weekend or a long stay. We will definitely be staying here in our future trips to Lawrence. “Very nice, attractive place with excellent location. Until we kept the fan on it seemed that in order to cool the upstairs the downstairs got very chilly. Keeping the fan on solved this.Would be good to have more than one trash can downstairs. (Unless I missed one.) Minor stuff. I would stay again. ”

“This is a perfect house! plenty of space, plenty of parking, comfy couches and beds! Everyone was happy!! In addition, it was super convenient to campus for all the graduation festivities! The owner was great and was very responsive- although we did not need much! The only small detail was that the listing said third bedroom had two beds- and it actually only has one queen bed. Did not matter for us. Would stay here again for sure!”

“This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!”
