We didn’t mind the drive to the beach and were close to everything Holly Ridge has to offer. “We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist"...

“My family and I loved this property! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful! The private beach area was convenient and perfect! We had everything we needed to have a great spring break getaway! I always try to find properties where we can return to time and time again and this one met my expectations perfectly! We will most definitely be back! ”

“The property was great and very convenient to everything. The only problem we had was communicating with the host, but that is probably because we are senior citizens who are technology challenged and did not know we would be emailed the check in code at check in time. it was very frustrating to not be able to communicate with anyone to find this out.. ”
