“The ice machine in our building (one of two) was broken. The other one at the second building (a long walk)rarely had ice. The machine had a major mold problem, ice was not safe to use. The refrigerator in our room froze our drinks to the point they exploded. The rooms were no better than a Motel 6. Gaps in the door was 1/2”-3/4” wide around the locking system. We were on the second floor which made us feel a little safer, but we will never stay here again. The restaurant/bar in the hotel...

“Great friendly staff. Stayed in the Kaymoor cabins and it was great, bigger than they look outside. Comfortable and cozy room. Clean, peaceful surroundings. The food at Smokeys was fantastic. Great pool.. and of course the views were incredible including the stars at night.”

“Great upper unit over a garage. If it's just the 2 of you and you'd like a cute, comfortable, clean place, in a neighborhood, and stairs are not a problem. This is the place for you. It was perfect for us, as we spent a couple days exploring the New River Gorge National park.”
