The water in the sinks for some reason was hotter than the shower water even when turned to full hot, so we stayed a little chilly in the shower the first night there. “Location was perfect for what we needed. 10 mins from Rend Lake and a few minutes from downtown Benton. My only complaints if I had one would be that the Air conditioner was on the louder side when running and the beds were on the smaller size. But I wasn’t there to sleep and relax I was there for an archery event. But overall the place was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, clean nice to stretch out instead of being in a hotel room. Would rent from again!!”

“Peaceful, appealing, land with excellent basic restaurants in Benton, about 8 minutes driving time. The house accommodated 5 sisters in our 70s and 80s comfortably with plenty of room to visit and play dominoes and pet friendly. The side porch is excellent for sitting, chatting, and activities. A dollar general is 3 minutes away for basic supplies. The house is clean, though the bathroom floors and baseboard heaters around the house could at the least use a thorough cleaning.
