“The room was clean and everything working fine, was a good option for a rest during the night and keep on going to your destiny. ”

“I didn't like my room at all, it smelled like cigarettes because my reservation said non-smoker. I talked to the reception and he told me that he didn't have any available to change it for me. I also booked for three people and they put the basics for two. I don't recommend it. The hotel is very neglected and the shower had a water drain. It didn't stop dripping. The water doesn't work for me.”

“They charged me extra for my dogs despite having already laid. There was no content that indicated there would be another fee.”

“This is our 3rd stay at Hotel Garza. We love it.”

“Great property and location. The lake is beautiful. The host Shelby was awesome to work with. Had a small hiccup with the locks when checking in but he addressed it quickly. Property was very clean. Plenty of parking, we had room for 3 trucks with boat trailers and 2 other cars. There is lake access behind the house but it is a hike up/down the hill but that is normal for the area.”

“From the pictures on the site, I was expecting a secluded large ranch style property with a creek to fish in. The house sits right on the road, neighbors close by. If you want to stay indoors it’s a beautiful house but there is nothing to do outdoors because it was to hot for a campfire for s’mores. Maybe I just had my heart set on a cool creek for fishing. This isn’t on the property and has to be set up ahead of time on a different property.”

“It was sufficient for an overnight stay. A little small and was too warm for sleeping comfortably. But probably expected given Texas summers. The recommended eating place Georges Restaurant was excellent. Not ideal for walking a dog given no sidewalks.”

“This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking this property again. Highly recommend!”

“Very retro.”

“The bed was sooooo comfortable!”

“Family friendly property with plenty of bedrooms. It was very clean upon arrival. Great proximity to Lake Alan Henry. Plenty of room to park our 2 trucks with ski boat and fishing boat in tow.”

“Great stay! Very clean and peaceful location. ”
